Mr. Sanjeev Pratap Singh is one of the coolest entrepreneurs in India. Apart from his smart business instincts and relationship building capabilities, he is known for his ironman like physique. An eminent philanthropist and a known personality in the social circles, he is one of the biggest names in the real estate industry. From managing millions of dollars in real estate portfolios and leading massive development projects, he has been through various terrains and has tested different waters. An import and export mogul, Team Yomaks had a gala time listening to his journey; here are some snippets of our brief interaction with him.
Q. As a successful entrepreneur with multiple business interests, how do you make time to juggle between fitness and career?
Staying fit when you have tons of things at work can be a challenge, but a little pre-planning can help you maintain that fine line between work and good health.
Q. Tell us that one thing that you believe differentiates you from your peers?
Probably my work out routines, which my competitors lack and I have been doing that religiously like brushing my teeth.
Q. What does your diet comprise of?
I swear by vegan food. I always opt for a balanced diet, although my favorites are assorted fruits and nuts.
Q. What is your typical workout like?
I love to do pyramids and super set workouts. In fact they are a great foundation builder as well as a proven method for calisthenics based programs. As you know, my workouts are primarily calisthenics based and supplemented by weights, stretching, running, swimming and biking for distance and speed.
Q. Do you have a motto that you live by?

Q. What do you do when you are stressed out?
Being a workoutaholic, I hardly get stressed out.
Q. Apart from fitness, what are your other hobbies?
Apart from working out I like long cruises especially during dawn, it refreshes me.
Q. Can you tell us more about your current business strategies and how you see it evolving over the next 5-10 years?
My business interests are diverse and we have diversified a lot as a brand. Right now we are paying attention to consolidations. Over the next few years we’ll be inculcating social responsibility and will be focussing on the sectors that are of national priority to India.
